Carefully pack the unmounted components or gear in their original Ergon packaging, ensuring all tags and manuals are included to qualify for a full refund.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, securely attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our technical team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
